Order Processing & Handling
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping Methods & Fees
We ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and trusted local courier partners.
Shipping fees depend on the weight, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.
All shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

Domestic Shipping
Estimated delivery time within Pakistan is 3–7 business days.
Delivery times may be slightly longer for remote or rural areas.

Local Delivery (City-specific)
Local delivery is currently available for Lahore.
Orders received before 3:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.
Orders received after 3:00 PM will be delivered within two business days.

International Shipping
At the moment, we only ship within Pakistan.
